Since the construction of the bridge started the north zone has been improving and growing a lot. Several new shoppingcenters and supermarkets, like Extra, has opened and property prices has also risen. The infrastructure is improved because of the new bridge.

The two main blocs of the bridge are 110 meters high and the length is 1.8km.
